	HANDED ON DECISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT 01.11.2010. State Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Government, Sanja Cekovic handed on to the president of the City Municipality of Palilula, Prof dr. Igor Novakovic decision of financial support of the Ministry to the project of Municipality, for realizing of second phase of planning of Memorial park “Bubanj”. Amount 1.400.000 RSD, which have been approved for this purpose to the City Municipality of Palilula – according to PRESIDENT Igor Novakovic, will focus with already granted funds of the Council of the “Film Festival”, for making footpaths, reconstruction o concrete and stone surfaces on the memorial characteristic, reconstruction existing electrical lighting of the amphitheater and other spaces of memorial complex “Bubanj”, setting of playgrounds, benches, making of the ramp on the entrance in park, setting containers of waste. Reception attended and Vesna Jovanovic – Jankovic, secretary of the Assembly and members of the Council of the City Municipality of Palilula, Boban Mikic and Milos Stojkovic. The area of detailed urban plan of Memorial Park “Bubanj”, which is in the year 1963 renamed in memorial park, includes 42 hectares of park surface. Thanks to the project team and management of the Municipality, after fifty years, this space is filed in the books of Republic Geodetic Institute which is provided necessary conditions for planning of popular resorts of the citizens from Nis. To the City municipality of Palilula it is second time approved project and allocated money from the fund being formed by realization of funds from organizing games of chance and it is using for financing of local government.
